ARMY OF WORDS

Just a string of letters
Yet holding so much power
Once they’ve been set loose
They have the potential to do and undo
And with aid of the wind,they travel at any length
Usually faster than a stray bullet
Hitting their target very hard,
In a way that results in a lasting scar.

They are very good team players
All members show no sign of betrayal
Rather they work together as the people of Babel
Building a strong tower of strength named SENTENCE.
And when it’s time for a battle
Fully armed with massive weapons of verbs, adverbs, nouns, adjectives and what have you not,
They march out in style like military men ,ready to dismantle.

We often belittle the army of words
And underestimate the power they possess.
Such ability to do and undo
To cure and to injure
To build and to destroy
To defend and to attack
To give life and to cause death
In all, words could be dangerous or safe
It all depends on the choice of the user.
